From advising clients to building products
For five years I sat across from clients at RBC, TD and BMO, helping them decide on mortgages, loans and investments. What I enjoyed most was empowering clients to make the optimal financial decision, with data to back it up.
That built long-standing relationships and let me reach my targets on trust. Working one-on-one in financial advisory, I could only help a single client at a time; product management allows me to build solutions that scale to thousands of customers.
